I am hoping this is in the right section, but anyway.
As we all know Publishers can be a bit odd when it comes to YouTube I thought I would compile a list of publishers and if you are allowed to upload videos to YouTube and if you are allowed to Monetize your videos.

Please still remember Publishers/ Game Developers policies could change at anytime so it's still a good idea to check them before you upload a video and/ or monetize them. Please also note I am not a Lawyer and this is only my understanding of the policies provided by the Publishers/ Game developers.

I only going to update this now and again so ensure to check the polices in case there do update them.
Last Updated: 17/12/15

2K Games: You are allowed to upload but not allowed to monetize your videos.
The 2K Games policy is located here: http://support.2k.com/hc/en-us/articles/201335153-Policy-on-posting-copyrighted-2K-material

Activision: I could not find a YouTube Policy for Activision, but from there terms and conditions and EULA for there games, I would advise not to upload videos, though from what I hear you can upload videos just not
Monetize them.

Bethesda: Yes and you can monetize videos.
The Bethesda YouTube Policy is here: http://www.bethblog.com/bethesda-video-policy/

Blizzard: YouTube Policy: You can upload videos and monetize them, (Please can someone clarify this).
The Blizzard video policy is here: http://us.blizzard.com/en-us/company/legal/videopolicy.html

Capcom: As I could not find a policy on this, I had to do a lot of research, as far as I can see Capcom has said the following over the last few years:
Capcom allow you to upload Capcom japanese games releases but do not allow you to monetize Capcom japanese games release BUT Capcom allow you to upload and monetize Capcom USA/ English releases.

Deep Silver: Well, there have no policy but it seems that it is safe to upload videos and monetize videos.
When YouTube released the Automatic conent I.D system Deep silver was the first to re-act to false claims and etc. more info here: http://www.gameskinny.com/vvd2p/par...p-silver-weigh-in-on-youtube-copyright-claims

So I think it is safe to say it's fine with Deep Silver, but just in case I can't advise you to monetize videos.

Paradox Interactive: Yes you can upload and yes you can monetize videos.
There policy and stuff you may need if you get a copyright claim:https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/foru...ntaining-paradox-interactive-material.671169/

EA: Yes you can upload videos and yes you can monetize them, please note that EA has siad that some games may include content from a 3rd party (E.G some of the Football game include music from bands and artist, so you may get a copyright claim from the 3rd part).
EA video policy here: EA content. Additionally, because many EA games include content that is licensed from a third-party company or may otherwise have usage restrictions.
There policy is here: http://help.ea.com/uk/article/how-to-request-permission-for-ea-games-content/

Microsoft, after reading there lovely and as normal with microsoft long policy, it states You may make your Item available on Youtube or Twitch and participate in programs on those sites that allow you to earn revenue from ads displayed in connection with your Item. In other words yes you can upload videos and monetize them:
If you feel like reading long and annoying policy go ahead: http://www.xbox.com/en-us/developers/rules

Nintendo: Do you even need to ask, unless your partnered with them, NO, just don't bother to even upload.

Sega: I not really found much out about Sega but from what I hear, If you in North Ameica or in Europe, You are fine, though have what I seen I would advise agienst it.

Creative Assembly: Even though Creative Assembly is technically not a publisher I thought I include them, the Creative Assembly allow you to upload videos BUT you can not monetize videos unless you get a license from them, here is there policy for Total War games: http://wiki.totalwar.com/w/Using_Total_War_Gameplay_Footage

Sony: Could not find YouTube Policy or anything about Youtube.

Square Enix: With Square Enix is a little bit difficult as there seem to have a different policy for every game. and it's not 100% clear. So basically all i can say is do some research before hand. As far as I can see Final FINAL FANTASY XIV and Tomb Raider it's an yes to upload and video monetization is allowed.
Tomb Raider policy: http://tombraider.tumblr.com/MaterialUsagePolicy
FINAL FANTASY XIV Policy: http://support.na.square-enix.com/rule.php?id=5382&tag=authc

Ubisoft: The company has two polices, you know just to confuse people, but the latest one says yes to uploading and yes to you monetizing you videos.
Here is there latest policy: https://static2.cdn.ubi.com/videos/ubisoft_video_policy.pdf

Valve: Yes you can upload and yes you can monetize your videos.
Here is the Valve policy here: http://www.valvesoftware.com/videopolicy.html

I hope this thread does help and if there are any Publishers and game developers whom are not on this list, please let me know and I will add them. I tried adding as many as I could think of.

Cheers
