So I've recently joined Freedom! - sorry for all of the questions! Now that April is over, how long will it take before I can see my final "end result" payment that will be paid in June?

I'll keep an eye on the revenue tab in the meantime. I know Ad sense usually updates on the 3rd so I'm assuming it works in a similar way.

Usually you will be able to see those as soon as YouTube shows them. Mostly it's a delay of less than half a month. There was a support article on this a bit ago but I wasn't able to find it.

Also, no need to worry about asking too many questions

There is never such a thing as asking too many questions. You will typically see the earnings on a month to a month and a half delay on your Freedom dashboard, so this should show at the end of May. The Freedom support FAQ does outline this
"Freedom! updates the earnings information after they are received from YouTube, generally with one month and a half delay. Since Freedom! enables you to view your earnings directly on YouTube, you can check your earnings on a daily basis on your YouTube channel Analytics."
