I'm a starting youtuber and I am asking you guys if I can get a shoutout on your video's or something to make a video about: reacting about channels. Where you make a video with a few channels in it and you make a video about it and say your opinion in that video about that channel. It would be really awesome if some of you would do that

I understand what you are wanting and all, however thats not the point here. This is for collaborations, not promotions. I get that you want to grow and thats great! However to also expect promotion you need to make lots of videos and spend time collaborating and exploring before immediately asking for promotions. For instance my channel, ive had it two years, would I have loved people to promote me when I started, yeah of course, but you cant go around asking for people to get you subs.
