Opinion Is this music safe to use?

Hi, so we have found out a channel on Youtube that puts videos of music that is safe to use in your videos to avoid copyright strikes. The only condition they pose is to put the link to their channel and the links to the music you used on the description of your videos. My question is, despite it saying that it is no copyright music, is it still safe to use it?

You could always ask them to prove that they hold the copyright for that music, or to prove that they made it themselves. When using 'non copyright' music from people on YouTube I would advise caution, some are great to use but others may come back to bite you.
