It seems kind of long-winded....but it's your channel. Most new viewers will discover your videos first, not your channel, and sub based on the video content. I don't know if GamingWithToasty vs what you changed it to will really affect sub rates or retention rates. Especially because you put in "+other videos"; that kind of defeats the point of what you're trying to do doesn't it?

Leave the channel name to "GamingWithToasty" and put the FIFA 16 stuff in the "about section".
Agreed with above. The name is a bit long this way and what @Nolan Westmore said is indeed a better idea to do.
I've seen people use this as a way to promote their channel when they post on other channels. This can be a way to get views but also quite a lot of people don't like channels that do this.
