I was meant to be paid $34.00 According to youtube, So I partenered and I have not recieved any Money.

Earnings received before partnering will not be paid out by Freedom!, simply because Freedom! doesn't have that money. You can disable your AdSense account though to get that money to your bank account.

Freedom! will pay your first earnings two months after joining.

As mentioned above Freedom can not pay you for any money that you earned before joining the network, as simply put they don't have access to this. That $34 would be held in your adsense account, which you can shut down in order to receive that money - as you are partnered with Freedom any revenue earned from the moment you clicked the 'learn more' button will be paid by Freedom
