Solved I can't connect to the support, not received the network Invite

Hi! Evereybody I'm Dorvil and i have a little problem ! :x
As you can see in the tittle i don't received the network invitation because at this moment i didn't activate the monetization on my video. I want to ask the support if they can verify my channel, but when i enter my email and my password of the forum (it's the same as the password of Arios.ca) i have an error:

And when i do the famous "Forgot your password" i enter my email they said me this : 2016-01-07 (1).pngI don't know what to do :confused:
