The best place to promote your content would probably be in the forum or community that your video is about. So if it's a minecraft video find minecraft forums/sub-reddits and try to get know by the communities there.
The freedom! forums probably aren't the best place to promote, everyone here is also a content creator and not necessarily looking for channels to watch. As Lawrence said we do have a section for it though
