Youtube is the biggest video sharing platform in the world, and it also made many people get rich by posting videos to this social network by joining youtube partner, so when you post a video, you get confused. The clip you posted also completely lost the sound and received a warning from youtube that you are violating the music copyright. So how to handle this problem thoroughly?

Actually, if you take a clip and then download the music to download and post youtube, it is very likely that you have infringed the copyright, slightly, your video is still viewable, still hear, heavier then youtube. Turn off your video, this time the effort can be considered as pouring out and have to do from the beginning.
Youtube will scan the video you upload and they pay a lot of attention to the background sound, in which they will split the three types of music you use:
Free or no copyright infringement - normal use, no effect at all
There is copyright infringement but used - normal use, your video is not used to make money
There is copyright infringement and may not be used - not used, your video will be muted
As such, most of the audio you download on the web is down to the second and third cases. Case 1 is usually the sound you create or record yourself.

This usually depends on what company is claiming it. Generally the best thing is to not use copyrighted content at all. Also there is the option that your video can get blocked in some places or even world-wide.
