Hey guys im new to freedom and the whole community and was wondering how i should promote my channel and do other things such as get views. It would be great to know considering i just started.

Hey mate,
What i noticed works best is expanding your network. Socialize in the youtube community, Twitter, Facebook and even Instagram. With this you gain more audience. When i started socializing on twitter and such an gained followers they also started watching my video's. Soon this turned into sharing and so on
Before you go looking for places to promote your channel, produce a bunch of content first. There's nothing more disappointing than watching a video then visiting a channel to find nothing really there.
Don't even worry about collaborating, you do you for a while. Work on your thumbnails, and do some Search Engine Optimization.
This doesn't happen over night.
