I don't believe Freedom points are still a thing. You may apply for a higher revenue share by contacting support if your channel has good growth.

Send an email to support with following
Freedom ID account number found on your Freedom Dashboard.

As the above users have noted Freedom points was only introduced as a beta addition and was removed last year - the only way at the minute for you to achieve a higher revenue share is to enquire with our support team who will review your channel / content and discuss with you your revenue share entitlement as mentioned by @scorpionvongaming
