How much variety is too much variety?

Hey guys! I was just wondering how many games on a channel do you consider to widespread for a small channel? My channel is going to be mainly based on Black Ops 3 (Saturated Market) and Star Wars Battlefront (Newmarket-based off of old one) however I also want would like to cover the Uncharted remakes. I was thinking maybe a schedule like:
Monday- COD BO3
Tuesday- Battlefront
Wednesday- Uncharted
Thursday- Uncharted
Friday- COD BO3
Saturday- Battlefront
Sunday- Uncharted
The problems I find with this schedule stem from the amount of content that I want to produce with no set audience. I want my audience to know what to expect from me but also don't wish to be pin-holed into doing one thing on YouTube. I would like you guys opinion on a schedule. I know that I want Uncharted in the schedule, and I would like both Black Ops 3 and Battlefield preferably, but I feel change would be necessary due to how sporadic the schedule would be.
All input welcome!

I say go for all the variety. Do whatever feels right really. You may get Joe who watches only BO3 and Jack who is interested in battlefront. A viewer is a viewer in the end. Just be consistent!

Would that schedule work?[DOUBLEPOST=1447266849][/DOUBLEPOST]
If you all want to recommend a schedule or anything along those lines that's welcome to!
With a schedule like that, you must be really carving out a chunk of your free time. Schedule is ultimately up to you, what 'works' is totally subjective. If you can do this for the next few months without burning out, then kudos. I do 3-4 vids a week and spend quite a bit. Hopefully you don't compromise your quality for the quantity. Looking at your latest COD video, it doesn't seem like you put much time into editing though, so this schedule might be doable. That being said, and since this is in a feedback section, I'd really try more to make yourself unique. COD montages are nothing new, there are hundreds or thousands uploaded every day.

With such diverse content, you'll also be competing not only with other COD youtubers, but with youtubers who upload content for all those games you play, so just realize that you're setting your channel up for even more competition.
