the title says it all. I want to make a more lightharted funny video but I am having a hard time comming up with good cenario's that could be considered funny. I know this is A weird thing to ask but how do you do funny video's/writing?

I don't know... I'm sorry... I really am not sure how to answer this... there are so many ways that things can be funny... personally I enjoy things that are random and unexpected...
Scripted comedy isn't easy to pull off... you gotta have the right tone, atmosphere, and timing to make it work.
I was never really good with comedy when I was a kid... so I spent ALOT of time watching and studying comedians...
So I have alot of stand up comedy floating around I my brain that comes out once in a while.
So I guess that is what I suggest... watch lots of comedy... and memorize clever catchphrases and stuff that you like...

You just need a dark sense of humor. Improvise or monologue is a good way to create a sense of humor to people. Don't talk about the game all the time. Be off topic, You can still talk a lil bit about the game just like a funny criticism.
I started creating funny - ish gaming videos and how I make them quite funny is by adding unnecessary stupid things to them, such as a stupid music, stupid memes or references but in general I'm just really awkward and made bad jokes.. on which I think is fine 
To be completely honest everyone has a different sense of humor. What someone might find funny the other might find dumb. Just be yourself, basically don't try to be funny because then your viewers will know that your trying too hard.
