Average search volume per month every month last 12 months 6.1 million per month.
Your video`s fall into the 19.9 million. What I am trying to get at hard to find in search list.
Have you consider trying to do other types of GTA 5 video`s.
GTA 5 tips and tricks - 286,000 video`s
GTA 5 Tutorials - 1.2 million video`s
Other: search up for yourself.
Spend 10 minutes on YouTube typing anything GTA 5 related in search at the top of the page you will have total number of video`s like I said above 19.9 million then once you get more specific it drops to the low millions then few hundred thousand and so on.
Then https://adwords.google.com.au/KeywordPlanner
Use the link search for volume for those searches you did it`s good to have both YouTube and Keyword planner open at the same time. It will give you monthly data on how many searches for that particular search.
Once you find a GTA5 search what looks good " we will use Tips & Tricks for this post" as i have the numbers above use the keyword planner and target all related keywords tips and tricks add the most searched to your YouTube tags.

Option A - upload video`s what fall into the mass.
Option B - specifically target your video`s based on numbers, data what can increase your views and will be found in search what then will have a flow on effect to all your video`s. If it means doing 5,10,15 tips and tricks or 5,10,15 video`s on Tutorials with the correct keywords.
YouTube is very competitive now then a few years ago need to look at other avenues to get your video`s seen and with every game type no matter what the game is if you do your research on the sub categories on that particular content and target it can work wonders you can still upload your normal GTA 5 video`s along side to keep your current viewers/subs happy.

The thing nowadays with youtube is that most games are flooded making it more difficult to gain audience. What you can try besides the SEO optimizing and such is collab with some other channels around the same size and if you have video's contain story enable the Community Translation to try and reach that wider audience 
Do you collaborate with other people on YouTube? How much time do you spend working on your tags? Do you put a lot of effort into your thumbnails? Do you make any sort of viral videos?

So observe what's going on in the communities you tend to find yourself in, cater to what they want to see, and proceed to woo those new viewers.
