YouTube How can I block a country from viewing my youtube videos?

Hi everyone,

I am building my youtube channel and I want to block certain countries from viewing it, how can I get the feature "Block a country" on my video manager ?

This feature will not be available if you are not partnered with a network or with the YouTube partner program. Why is it that you want to block certain countries anyway?

some people in those countries tried to steal my songs in the past, I have copyrighted them for now in USA copyright, but they keep stealing music and music business ideas from me.
