Could you give some details? It works for me without issues, what if you try https://www.freedom.tm/dashboard/profile ?

Hello, if you have lost access to your Freedom! account, then we recommend contacting support at http://www.support.tm/ where they are able to contact you and access your account. Remember to try signing in on the dashboard using Google (some still use the credentials which will be removed on June 30th) and select the account affiliated with it.
In regards to the PayPal setting, from what I know, due to the safety risk, you can only change it in the dashboard.

Also do you mean you can't access the dashboard at all or you can't access the part on the dashboard that you need to update your paypal information?
Don't forget that if you can access you dashboard you need to go to : -
Profile > Edit Profile > Paypal Method OR
Profile > Edit box next to Paypal Method to enter / change Paypal email

Recently the process of setting a PayPal Email has changed, I'm putting it down here just for future reference.
Instead of pressing "Edit Profile" there now is the "Set payment method" button on your Profile page ( https://freedom.tm/dashboard/profile ) right here:
Then you will now need to verify your Email through a code that gets sent to your verified account Email. The Email looks like this:
Please, please also verify the Email has only a code and verify it's from [email protected]. Do not forward this code to anyone.
Then enter the code, select the payment method (Currently only PayPal for most members) and then follow the given steps.
