A little about myself:
I was once a rising star of Machinima, Halo Machinima to be exact. This was long before YouTube was a thing. I started posting videos on Halo iBonk and as the Machinma community grew I moved to popular sites like Halo Grid and Machinima
I became quite well known for my videos and loved making them, again this was before YouTube really took off and it had a small file size limit so most of my videos were hosted on a site called Mythica. Long story short I gave up my Machinma to serve a 2 year service mission (2008 - 2010) away from home. I dropped everything and when I returned the entire landscape was changed. The forums I once frequented were dead and it seemed much of the Machinma craze I was a part of was over.
I managed to get a few of my videos on YouTube but most were lost when my hard drive crashed during my mission. Now I am software engineer, gamer and father who would love to be a big part of the gaming and video making community again.
