I need your help people,
I always record my videos with at least 720p and anytime i add videos on Sony vegas for video editing, It ALWAYS turn my video like you see in the picture...These black edges never go away, no matter how much I render, and when I take them off, I must stretch the video and it will look bad..

Do you have any other good video editor or a tip of fixing this issue?

I also recorded a gameplay on PS4 and its 1080p, After adding the video to Sony Vegas, the same problem,......BLACK EDGES!!

help!!! :c

It would appear than you aspect ratio upon rendering is 4:3 instead of 16:9.

Made sure you are rendering using "Mainconcept" and "Internet 720p" but are also making sure your project resolution matches your video resolution. Right underneath your preview should be this:
For 720p, "Project" should read 1280x720x32

If you have the black bars while editing as well, right click on the video in the editing bar, select Video Event Pan/Crop, right click again on the picture in the new window and select Match Output Aspect.
Assuming you have your Sony Vegas set to render in 720p thus will get rid of the black bars
