I was wondering if any one has any advice on thumbnails I can make them but no body seams to click on my videos any one wish to help

I use http://www.picmonkey.com and it is really great! Its free but you can pay for more options but i don't do that!
Use some color and put the titel on your thumbnail idk that gamers do that but for girly thing it definitely works. Maybe you can try that for once and see of it makes any change in your views!

If you are looking for someone to design a thumbnail template you to try making a request in the Requests/Offers section https://freedom.community.tm/forums/requests-offers.235/. Also try looking up similar channels and see what things you like from theirs and combine them to make your own.
I think not getting views might be more to do with how your videos are searched. Unless you are getting lots of search hits custom thumbnails aren't going to help much. Try looking up a tutorial on how to properly use tags as well as SEO
