I cant reguest my catch-up can someone help me? it says the recriuter has no catch-up but the channel has

How long have you been with Freedom? As if you are not entitled to a catch-up payment yet, you will still the 'catch-up button but it won't do anything. If however you are entitled to a catch-up payment, then I know what you are talking about mine is exactly the same, I have tried to request a catch-up but nothings happened just yet, I think it might be a temporary glitch or something
