Growing My Audience?

First off I want to say thank you for taking the time of reading this.

I am a new youtuber and I am sure people ask this all the time and by this time I hope you haven't exited the tab, lol.

Anyways I seriously think I am extremely underrated and am seriously trying to find some youtubers to collab with. It's been a very difficult task as most youtubers my size are just not what I'm looking for.

What I've been doing;
- Nice looking thumbnails (just started giving a lot more time in my thumbnails)
- First few seconds of my videos grab the attention
- Nice intro
- Nice outro
- Most importantly the content I have been creating (in my eyes and a bunch of others that I know) is good
- SEO !!! I have been doing tons of research on this. I have been using the youtube search to find good titles and I have also been using Google Trends website to find some good topics/ideas/titles for my videos.
- I have even tried ads.

I have really been targetting everything. I don't have much of a social media audience or friend base so that doesn't help any.

Anyways....

Your videos dont appear? or its my problem.
Its not hard to find youtubers collab with, Freedom! its a friendly network, everyone wants to collab with you. You said you make nice thumbnails? Good, write more tags to gain very more attention, record new games that will be released. I dont have so much social media too but i have Twitter only for fun you can create your social media when fans will comment into your videos daily/not daily but often.

Your list of things you've been trying to work hard on is exactly what I tell every freedom partner who asks what should they work on and how do They grow. Your Pokemon go video was actually pretty good quality. Your channel trailer needs to hook viewers in the first 5 seconds by giving a call to action.
Being honest, I don't think your that underrated but you certainly make good videos. Keep up the good work and remember it's not about the subscribers it's about the views. And never give up.

Only thing that could help is the one thing you claim not to have wich is a social media follower base. By getting active on things like twitter you can reach so much more audience if done right.
Get out there and make a name for yourself, start a discussion on a topic of interest and get people to join the flow

funny you mention that. I don't use twitter at all and the only thing what I see on twitter is that people keep hating and argue against eachother..
but I have a FB page Ekloo HeadQuarters. that's where I always post everything what's happening around my channel

Haven't had any troubles with Twitter actually, don't use it much but i check from time to time.

I run a facebook page with my wife but it is kinda the same with youtube, can be difficult to gain audience

I only have a private one for real life friends but I was thinking of making a public one in September when I get my new mic for potential collabs

Subscribers don't really matter to me as much as views. If your videos are seen by others and you get a decent amount of views, I'd be willing to collaborate with people even under 1000 subs

And actually views aren't even that important to be honest. The commentary is usually the first thing I look at. Quality > Quantity

your content is good. keep at it, with what you're doing. Start using social media more ie; twitter. i have 55,321views in total. it's watch duration that matters the most when it comes to being partnered. But naturally with time the subs will come etc. Be patient
