Solved Freedom badge

I send a request for freedom badge on this forum like some time ago, and I want to know how long I need to wait to get it? I am freedom partner for a year now. Is there some restrictions and rules about getting this badge? Thanks for help.

Did you make sure to only send the username portion and,not the entire URL?
