Okay, I like to make a thread on news thread but I don't know if I allow to or not, basically I can't upload a video today becuse I have internet problem, Please reply and Thank You in advance.

well i dont believe it should be a problem, But I personally dont see the point of it, The message should probally display to your channel so your audience see it. Since the fact that you dont upload a video (due to a problem) will only affect your audience, So i dont see the point why we have to know.
QUICK EDIT: Well also the "news and announcement" tread (if that is what you talk about) that is for freedom staff to post in only. (Just a notice in case i misunderstood your message)

Well i still suggest you to hold it to your channel. OR maybe make a blog site for updates and such
