The ability to communicate with people works best for me. It's nice when people stick around and I see some familiar faces ^^

The transparency of the network, how easy it is to join the community and you have full control of your channel.
What I like is even though it's mainly YouTube based, you can post about really anything and not be stuck with the "this forum is just for (insert genre here)", and everyone here is so nice.
