YouTube Extremely Low CPM

Hello.

I recently joined Freedom. But the problem is that, I have an EXTREMELY LOW CPM. My cpm previously was about $6 and now it is $0.18. I did not travel to another place. I am at the same location. What is wrong with this? .18 is just too low. Can anyone please help me with this?

CPM can be effected by loads of different things, and isn't something that a network has any say over unfortunately. I have included some information about why CPM and revenue can be effected below.
