My Estimated Earnings has decrease so much this month, from 500$ i got almost at 301$ on last 28 days, and also there are all stuff at views with red bar going down, anyone has the same problem?

Your estimated earnings are exactly that, an 'estimation' and can change throughout the month based on several things, such as a drop in views, more people viewing your content with ad blockers on or things like that. Everyone on Youtube will see theirs change during the month, so don't think its just you

Well it was supposed to grow, not decrease since my views are continuing to grow. I have almost 800.000 views on some video, others at 50k,100k.

Views alone is not what makes your earnings go up, it is the amount of clicks and watch time on advertisement wich is not shown every time someone clicks your video. This could be due to no add available or people using Add Block.
Since you mention the last 28 days keep in mind that if you have a bad day that the estimated earnings drop compared to a day before.
