Elgato not working

Can someone help me?
My elgato has been acting up lately.
It has been not connecting, saying "one moment please" for ages or forever, i try to uninstall and it wont let me, i try update, it wont let me, i can;t do anything

Hmmm it's odd that you can't open the software... I have the HD60 pro it's quite different than the original. Try calling elgato tech support they are quite helpful or you can also email them they respond quite fast
