All of my earnings from previous months and new months are not showing on my dashboard.

I've whited out my personal information, but all I see on my homepage is George videos where I use to have revenue data of previous and upcoming months.[DOUBLEPOST=1453259708][/DOUBLEPOST]It also won't let me create a support ticket. When I click to create one I get
