I wan to ask to make it clear I currently have a 70% to 30% share with Freedom But stating under the new contract that anyone who has a high percentage before signing it will go back down to 60%?

Unless agreed otherwise in writing by the Parties, for a Talent’s Channel Application and acceptance, the Talent shall receive an amount equal to 60% of net proceeds of advertising revenue, as calculated by Freedom!,

Not only that any deal you enter Freedom gets 50%?? Are freeodm desbratly trying to steal your money ....

4.3 Freedom! shall be entitled to a 50% commission on all branding deals that either Party enters into, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties.

You also get 100% of what you earn policy not any more?

f the Talent elects to receive payment within five (5) calendar days, a 2% transaction fee will be deducted from each payment. PayPal fees will generally be paid by Freedom!, but fees for (a) other payment methods, such as by wire, and (b) other payment timing, will be paid by the Talent.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing by the Parties,
As revenue shares are always written out and agreed to by support this does not change anything.
You also get 100% of what you earn policy not any more?
This has always been part of the contract. PayPal transaction fees have always been paid by Freedom.

The 60% base revenue is outlined in the contract as this is the standard revenue share that everyone gets once they first join Freedom. Of course if a channel is constantly growing in terms of views etc then they can contact the support team and ask about a potentially revenue increase, this isn't anything new and has (as far as I know) been stipulated in the contract.

Freedom is not trying to take money from its members in the contract clause 4.2, also please note that this covers branding deals EITHER PARTY enters to, so for example if Freedom gets a branding deal for a partner then both get money for this, which is only fair in my opinion. Likewise if Freedom is acting as a MCN and responsibly partly for channels, and offering multiple ways to improve and expand then they should have a commission clause, this isn't uncommon for networks to do.

As for the transaction fee's this could finally mean that Freedom are going to be offering more payment options for users, and as such this is included to cover the transaction fees. They are being more legal about this, at the end of the day you would still get 100% of your money, but it basically says if you want it paid to you via a different payment method (other than paypal) then transaction costs are paid by you.

At the end of the day, if people are unhappy with the terms of the contract and don't agree with it then they don't need to sign it or enter into the agreement.
