As someone who has played COD games for a while, I really don't know what to think. The whole battle-royal thing is as a game-mode is concerning, I really can't tell if this popular trend will last until October. I'm also concerned out by the idea of mini "campaigns" for the specialists instead of a normal story mode. To be fair most people get COD for multiplayer and Zombies, so I think the game will see fine, but I doubt it'll live up to the hype.
If im honest, either it rises to the occasion and kills other battle royal games or it doesn't, people love and enjoy fortnite pubg and h1z1 right now and if call of duty rises to what it has said i believe they have got it in the bag, in all my time playing call of duty from call of duty 3 there hasn't been a call of duty i have set there and said do you know what i'm not going to buy that because every year they have added something unique into the mix and this year will be one to look out for.
Sort of but not really, because the black ops tribe is really just trying to stay relevant with the times.
