CORRUPTED SAVED FILE!! :(

I wanted to make a new Rayman M video since it's been over 9 months since I even recorded an episode!

Anywho, so I managed to start up the game after a few error's and stuff since it's a pretty old game & it's not the best game for Windows 8 lol.. but it worked fine. Until I wanted to pick my saved file! It keeps on crashing everytime I want to pick my saved file and it's NO WAY to recover it or save it!

I've been taking so many hours trying to recover it but it's just not possible.. so for now, Rayman M is pretty much out of the book

So i've decided to re-play everything off camera & then keep on going with my let's play & finish it off once and for all!

Have you ever had this kind of problem before?..

Hate when that happens...
Those games that maintain a single save file, and it screws up or you save at a dangerous place out can't get out of....

Oh yes, definitely, it happened in Darksiders 2. Played it on my channel, my save is gone so I had to play for a long time offscreen to come back to the same point. In the end, I pretty much gave up on the series (not because of the save, I did actually end the game too, but I gave up on releasing episodes since the game did not feel really fun to me anymore)

I have had it with a RPG where i spend many many hours into and then when your about to finish it the save file got corrupted wich ended up in breaking the disc out of frustration....
