Hey! I just wanted to let you know some constrictions and stuff when it comes to Content ID systems, and how they are related to streaming and videos.

Alright, So how Content ID works for streaming. You are allowed to use stuff like Popular music and all that during streaming, and even monetize the stream (however you cannot monetize any video that gets made from that stream, ever, unless it uses 30 seconds or less of the popular song). Same thing goes for games and their content id on audiovisual. Copyright laws completely protect you as a streamer.

Now for content ID as related to videos. Since videos are more stationary, and are able to repeated as a product, you cannot use things such as popular songs (save 30 seconds of a song) for part of the video. Likewise, you can post games that have content ID usually by removing the music and cutscenes, since those are the actual content things that get claimed. The gameplay itself is fine as long as it has commentary providing "educational" value.

Hope this helped you learn how to avoid getting content ID claims! and enlightened you as to when it's fine to use popular songs during streams.
