So, every month when I get paid, it says I get paid the amount of money that I earned, and then it says I owed money. What does it mean by I owed money? I am very confused.

I could be wrong here but I think it's to do with when they send you your money and its converted to your currency and its then rounded to the nearest number and then you might be under paid slightly or overpaid.

At the moment the Dashboard is going through some changes so some things do not update correctly. The owed section is currently one of them, it is best to just ignore that section until any issues are resolved.
Currently it does not effect your earnings, if you are paid the amount stated, then there is nothing to worry about
