Solved Confused with my network...

So I've been incactive for over a year and decided to come back. I originally was recruited into Freedom by The Prestige Network. I went to my YouTube page and this is what I seen:
"Paid Content: Ineligible - Please contact your network to have this feature enabled for your channel."

It says under SocialBlade I'm partnered with Freedom still, but I have no idea what to do. I tried creating a support ticket and forgot my Freedom information so I tried sending a recovery password, I received nothing via email.

Can someone help?

Hi,
If you haven't been with freedom for over a year note that a lot of things have changed. We changed support desks so you may have to create a new account for the support portal.
Paid content is only for very high value productions and you need to have a high standard for paid content to pay off in the long run. :)
