As mentioned above, directly messaging an Administrator is the best way to go about this.

(Alternatively talk to the Moderator, most are actually open to criticism and take Feedback / reconsider stuff as far as I know)

Agreed, anything that I, or one of the moderators might have done can be both discussed with Admins or with the moderator in question, we do not mind if you give us criticism, as long as it makes the forums better, I am happy to adapt (within reason)

I just wanted to add that in because it sometimes is nicer to have someone directly tell you about an issue instead of doing the "I want to speak to your Manager" thing :^)

Its always nice to talk with the person involved, which you have done before escalating this, as it gives those involved room to talk about their reasons and find a solution to the problem that is being faced.
