Last night I ordered a Neewer NW-800 Studio Condenser mic for singing and gaming commentary and I heard that condenser mics need a Phantom Power Supply, which are usually upwards from $20. Me being poor, I bought this one because it was first off, cheap, second, nice sounding, three, looks cool, and four, claimed it only required 5V of power to run nice. I just bought a USB Audio Adapter. In the case that this Adapter doesn't work, does anyone know of a Phantom Power Supply that is much cheaper than what amazon offers? I know i can't ask for something too cheap for a 48V power supply, but in my current financial state, I cannot really afford to buy a $20 mic and a $20 power supply at the same exact time. Plus, even if I did have money, It'd be really dope to find one for cheaper just to save a buck.
