Any tips for growing my channel. Anything i can improve on.

For growing your channel, you need to figure out a video series you excel at. People come back for material they want to see often. When you find your niche, you can embrace it with both arms ^^

A lot of your thumbnails look good, just keep them consistent with the style that suits you best and do whatever content you are most comfortable with. Seems like you have a lot of people checking out your videos so just keep doing what you are doing and promote, promote, promote. Haha.

You should create a distinctive theme with your channel's graphics (Profile Picture, Banner, Thumbnails).
"Organize" your thumbnails by applying similar designs to each of them (take a look at my channel's thumbnails for examples).
