Your videos are well done and your mic is a good volume and the recording is good. So your videos are very good the only problem is that your graphics don't match the quality of your videos...

The profile picture is very lazy. it's just a picture of a pie with your name written over it.
The banner could also be better but something like this gets better over time as you get better at photoshop.
Your thumbnails are probably the biggest problem. They should be representing your video. Your videos are very good and high quality but the problem is that your thumbnails don't match that. For the fact that people will most likely see one of your thumbnails before they ever see your profile picture or banner, you should work extra hard on them.
Work on your GFX and your channel will have lots of potential.
Also, ditch the intro. Intros are pointless and If you do REALLY want an intro, I suggest you get a high quality one, not a template made in blender.
