The review process normally takes a couple of days (normally 3-5, depending on the amount of applications Freedom has at the moment), please note you would be unable to join the network if you don't have the required 10K lifetime views, monetisation enabled and any active copyright claims / strikes on your channel.
If you are free from strikes and have all of the above, then you could contact the support team via
www.support.tm, and ask them to look into your application - please be sure to include a screenshot of your dashboard ID, and a screenshot of your YouTube status and features page. Also don't forget that any progress on your application will be shown on the Freedom Dashboard, once your channel has been reviewed you will see a new message and be able to engage in a live chat to complete your application.
