I'd consider using different colors for your thumbnail images. If you have a black border around any color, it will show up a lot more, letting people read easier. Uploads are spaced out quite far, it might lead people to be less inclined to check the channel more often. Your microphone is nice though ^^I just need some advice on my channel.
