Solved Channel discovery

Okay so my channel "PrimedTNT" is the 3rd channel down (an avatar holding exploding tnt) but how do I get to the top do I need more views or more subs?

Also how do I get my videos to beat those videos?

Do you mean for youtube search or google search. The the channel I'm guessing it would be views as well as other interactions within your channel, (comments, likes, shares)
