Solved Catch Up Payments

Hi, I wanted to know how can I request catch-up payments because there is no button showing on my dashboard to request catch-up payments. Here is a screenshot:

Hmm indeed a strange thing it doesn't pop the catch-up. I would advise to send this screenshot to support so they can pass it to the administration for it to be payed.
