Honestly what is the use of joining a team as graphic designer? Seriously asking cause I have no idea whats the use .

Do we get paid or just for fun?

Well the reason I asked that is cause I have seen some people on twitter who are part of a team ,they are lead designers or something.
I always wondered what's the point ..

When you join a team, you're coming together with a bunch of others who are skilled like you. No, you don't get paid. Teams help you progress as a Player/Editor/Designer in this community. In return, you design for them. Some people *cough* @SlenderSlay *cough* have the wrong mentality when it comes to teams.

"Yeah, unless its steady pay there is really no reason."

It should never be about the money, but about the team itself. You're not just a team, you become a family and you help each other grow.
Now that i think about it, it's very similar to Freedom Networks, bringing talented Content Creators together, only, we're talking about Designers and Editors.

You would have a bunch of talented designers who took a LOT of time getting to where they are now, and for them to do things for free is rather ridiculous. Being part of a team means collectively sharing everything; including profits, successes, failures, etc. Not being paid is like asking a Professional Soccer/Futbol team to "not get paid" while their manager reels in massive amounts of money off of them.

I agree with terra, I also feel that a group is not right for me.
