In this video, I talk about how the Overclock perk actually works in Black Ops 3! It reduces your specialist charge time by 25%. However, these specialist charge times alone are not what you should base your specialist use off of. Since earning in game score will reduce your specialist earn time, you must factor in your SPM. And I have added "adjusted earn times" columns to these tables, assuming a 300 score per minute. These adjusted times will give you a much more accurate idea of how often and how quickly you will earn these specialists in these certain game modes.
