Best laptop under $200?

I am looking to buy a pc to further my editing skills but have no clue what I am looking for! Any suggestions?

I don't really know but I doubt you'll find a good PC for that cheap.

I don't think you can find anything for that money that will be enough for your needs with some memory enough to run all the programs you need for your editing stuff. Good luck.

I think you should keep that money to, maybe, buy something better. It may be out there some cheap used laptop or something, but I think you should save some more.
