I am very sorry to hear about the delay in your application to join the Freedom network, I know they are undergoing some migration with their systems but it shouldn't be taking 4 months in order for you to join. As you outlined to me on a different thread you don't have an active monetisation policy on your account as such Freedom wouldn't be able to partner you without this.
As such if you account is in good standing and you have no copyright / community strikes, once you have your monetisation sorted - if you send a ticket to our support team via
www.support.tm (again only once your monetisation is linked) they will be able to progress with your application and get your partnered as soon as possible.
