Solved banner problems?

anybody else having banner problems? i try to upload a banner and it doesn't work. I hit add banner art then i hit sign in.i type in my password which i know for sure is correct and it says "the feature you requested is currently unavailable. Please try again later" any thoughts?

I don't know if it is related but i am having some problems with some features regarding google. Since youtube is part of this, maybe a minor bug at the moment.
