YouTube Are we allowed back in Freedom now?

We passed the requirement for youtube With 6,499 watch hours and 1.15k subs.
Where do we go to get back into freedom? Or are we still not allowed to?

As long as you fulfil the new requirements I.e as long as 4K of those watch time hours has been in the past year then you should just be able to apply to join Freedom as usual, or if you were partnered before you should be able to message the support team and they may be able to add you back in

Hey, once you have 1 000 Subscribers and over 4 000 Hours of watch time within the past 12 Months you will need to be approved for monetization by YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/account_monetization, then you will be able to request to join the Freedom! MCN again using the button on your Freedom! Dashboard. This will initiate the review process and then you will receive information as to whether you were accepted to join or not.
