Anyone Know How To Get Your Channel In The Search?

Hey there, my friend and I have been uploading videos for about 2 months now. We've reached 28 subs and almost hit 1,000 views which is incredible to us! However, does anyone know how to get your channel in the YouTube search? Whenever we search our channel lots of other channels will show, including some weird videos. Does anyone know how to make it so when they search our channel name it will actually pop up? We've tried so hard but cannot find a way to fix this. Thank you.

Use your channel name in the tags of your videos... it helps

It's all in the tags. If you want to show up, use as many variations of your name that people would reasonably look for.

Well tags are the biggest factor if you want your videos to come up but if your channel gets big enough that also helps. Before I knew what tags were my channel and videos were showing up around 100 subs. That may be due to my unique name as well though. Still tags are the best way I agree.

Besides tagging as mentioned above you can also adjust the search tags for your channel itself among your account settings.
