Any good subnetworks for channels that make 5-10k views a month?

I've been trying to apply to freedom, but it's taking way too long and I need to get partnered quickly (less than 3 weeks); feel free to share some subnetworks of freedom!

Sorry to hear its taking some time to partner with Freedom, our usual expectation is around one week for your channel to be reviewed an partnered. Can I just check that the following is applicable to you :
- That you have publically available videos, that have been posted recently
- That you have no community or copyright strikes
- That you have an active monetisation policy on your YouTube channel?

Also have you tried to contact our support team during this time to check on your application? If so could you send me the ticket ID numbers either by PM or via this thread and I can pass these along for you.
